Pierre Jahan
Pierre Jahan’s (1909-2003) photographs, his nudes, surrealistic shots and documentaries on the Liberation of Paris have truly marked the history of photography.
Many books have been published on his works. As a photographer and illustrator, in the 50s Pierre Jahan also did photographic compositions, perfectly highlighting aesthetics of transparent crystal manufactured by Daum. Through a selection of fifty photos, archived documents and glassware, this exhibition presents the story of an original collaboration between an artist-photographer and a glassworks.
